The Northern School of Writing will be hosting the first Salford Literacy Symposium on June 30 2025. The Symposium is a free, catered, one day event, bringing together artists, school teachers, academics and community organizers to inspire the city to meet urgent challenges to rates of literacy and reading for pleasure.
