My creative practice includes writing, devising, dramaturgy and performance with an emphasis on ecological and interdisciplinary practice. I am currently lead artist and writer for Water is Attracted to Water, an interdisciplinary collaboration exploring our relationship to water. The short film One Day We Will Dance with You has won several awards and showed across Europe and North America. I have worked as a dramaturg in the UK, Greece and Belgium, including as devising performer and dramaturg for Trapped at the National Theatre of Greece as part of the OCC Fast Forward Festival.
My solo works, And By the Way the Cat is Dead and Μα Ποια Π’απια (or I’m Not a Pheasant Plucker) both showed internationally and the latter is published in the Collection To You to You to You: Love Letters to a Post-Europe. These shows both explore vulnerability, and in different ways influenced my work on our relationship to nature and the challenges of living with the climate and ecological crises. I work with movement, music, humour and games to bring difficult emotions such as grief, climate distress or fear into balance with our capacity for joy and our relationship with the natural world.
